Slogo Thumbnails

Working with the youtuber Slogo, as his graphic designer, I had to create thumbnails for his daily content, making sure they captured the target audience and enticed them to click on his videos. In this role, design was directly tied to performance; I utilized YouTube’s analytics tools to study viewer behavior and conducted rigorous A/B testing to optimize click-through rates (CTR) and maximize audience retention. Using Adobe Photoshop as my primary tool, I crafted high-impact, captivating thumbnails with the intent to intrigue viewers in a highly competitive digital landscape.

The core challenge of this role was maintaining a demanding, fast-paced daily turnaround while balancing brand consistency and current design trends. I ensured every thumbnail retained a distinct visual identity that existing fans would instantly recognize as a Slogo video, while simultaneously innovating each day to keep the content fresh and trending. This position honed my ability to deliver under tight deadlines and proved my skill in blending creative art direction with data-driven strategy.
The videos still stand on his channel today and collectively have surpassed 1 million views.
